This site was created to answer one of the most difficult questions people face:

From that simple but profound question came a broader mission: helping you prepare for the unpredictable moments of life, including emergencies, long absences, incapacitation, or death.
The Problem

The Solution
With Automated-Agent ℠, you stay in control. You decide who is contacted, when they are contacted, and exactly what information is shared. Once the system detects inactivity for a preset period (30 days by default), it automatically sends your designated contacts a secure link to the information you’ve chosen to share. You can schedule as many tasks as you like — for example, one email after a week of inactivity, another after 30 days, each with different content and different recipients. After registering and defining what to send and when, the only requirement is that you maintain an "Active" status on our server.What does "Active" mean?
- Automatic Mode (optional): You may choose to configure your device or computer to connect with our server automatically at regular intervals. This mode is completely optional, and setup takes less than two minutes.
- Manual Mode (optional): You can also maintain your Active status manually by logging in to the Automated-Agent ℠ portal. Your chosen inactivity interval determines how often you should log in. For example, if notifications are set to trigger after 30 days of inactivity, you must log in at least once every 30 days.
- Configurable Warnings (always sent): Warning notifications will always be sent several days before any scheduled emails are delivered — whether or not you use Automatic Mode. These daily alerts give you the opportunity to cancel or postpone any outgoing messages containing your shared data.
- Set up automatic email notifications to alert family members, friends, or beneficiaries in the event of death or incapacitation;
- Maintain and customize your list of contacts;
- Upload confidential documents and specify exactly what is shared, with whom, and under which conditions (Examples: wills, health directives, websites, passwords, insurance documents, funeral instructions, investment information, photos, videos, bank records, social media access, and more)
